Replace Hard Drive

STEP 1: Remove Faceplate
STEP 2: Power Down CineSend Device
STEP 3: Release Hard Drive Latch
STEP 4: Swing arm out, then pull the drive out completely. You should not have to force it.
STEP 5: Check for Serial Number that matches the one you are supposed to replace, or in some cases; the one that DOES NOT match the list provided.
STEP 6: Insert replacement drive until the arm catches and starts to close. Push the arm all the way in until it clicks in place.
STEP 7: Power CineSend back on. Send an email to csx@cinesend.com to let us know the replacement has been done. Don't forget to use the box and return shipping label to return the defective drive!
